Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using Barbaro™️ Elixir Spray (the “Product”), distributed exclusively by VIP Cosmetic Clinic, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
By purchasing, using, or applying the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Purpose and Composition
1.1 Formula and Potency
Barbaro™️ Elixir Spray is a 50 mL topical scalp formulation engineered for advanced hair revitalization and visible density improvement. Each bottle contains the exclusive BARBARO-5™️ Complex — a synergistic blend of Minoxidil, Finasteride, Latanoprost, Tretinoin, and a Proprietary Bioactive Complex — formulated to reactivate dormant follicles, extend the hair-growth phase, and fortify existing strands.
The solution also contains distilled water, a bioactive nutrient complex, organic natural extracts, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and hair-strengthening compounds that nourish the scalp and promote a balanced environment for optimal follicular function.
All ingredients are dermatologically tested and produced under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards for cosmetic safety.
A detailed Product Insert / Patient Information Leaflet (PIL)—enclosed in every box—provides the complete ingredient list, directions, and safety data in English, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese.
1.2 Derma Roller Gift Program

1.3 Intended Use
For external topical scalp application only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
1.4 Expected Results
Results vary by individual. Visible improvement generally appears after consistent use for three (3) to six (6) months.

2. Safety Guidance and Precautions
• No prescription or prior consultation required.
• If using other medications or scalp products, you may wish to consult a physician or dermatologist to ensure compatibility.
• Do not use if allergic to any ingredient, if the scalp is broken or infected, or while pregnant or nursing.
• For external use only. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes; rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs.
• Contains Tretinoin — limit UV exposure and use sunscreen.
• Keep out of reach of children.

3. Directions for Use (50 mL / 30-Day Supply)
• Apply ≈ 0.55 mL (≈ 5–6 sprays) to the scalp three (3) times daily — morning, afternoon, and evening.
• Total daily use ≈ 1.65 mL. One 50 mL bottle = ~30 days.
• Massage gently, allow to dry fully, and wash hands afterward.
• Do not exceed recommended daily amount.
• Optional: a sterilized Barbaro™️ Derma Roller may be used before application to stimulate the scalp and improve absorption.

4. Possible Side Effects
Common: mild redness, dryness, itching, or temporary shedding.
Rare but serious — discontinue use and seek medical care if: chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, fainting, shortness of breath, swelling of hands/feet/face, vision changes, or severe scalp irritation occur.

5. Product Integrity, Storage & Shelf Life
Use only authentic, sealed units from authorized distributors.
Shelf Life: three (3) years from manufacture.
Store upright at 15–30 °C (59–86 °F), away from sunlight and humidity.
Discard if discolored, cloudy, or expired.

6. Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy
6.1 Coverage
Barbaro™️ Elixir Spray is backed by a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If, after consistent use for at least 90 days (within six months), you see no visible improvement in any of the following areas — (1) reduced shedding/breakage, (2) increased strand thickness/volume, (3) improved follicle density/coverage, (4) healthier scalp appearance/texture, (5) enhanced overall hair vitality — you may request a refund of the base product purchase price only, excluding all shipping and handling fees, taxes, tariffs, and import duties.
6.2 Eligibility Requirements
• Product purchased directly from BarbaroElixir.com or an authorized distributor.
• Contact refunds@VIPCosmeticClinic.com within 180 days of purchase with name, order number, and receipt, plus usage details or photos.
• At least 50 % of contents must remain for inspection.
• Product must be returned (pre-paid, trackable shipping) to the address in your Return Authorization email.
6.3 Refund Process
Upon receipt and verification:
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
• Refunds apply only to the base product price and exclude all shipping, handling, taxes, tariffs, duties, or other transactional fees.
• Limit one refund per customer to prevent program abuse.
6.4 Bonus Gift Items
Complimentary products (e.g., Barbaro™️ Derma Roller) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if the main product is refunded.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
All payments are securely processed through Shop Pay (by Shopify Payments), which provides buyer protection and chargeback mediation.
7.1 Proof of Delivery
Orders are shipped using tracked carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the customer’s address, the order is deemed fulfilled and completed.
7.2 Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
• You will not initiate a chargeback claim for a successfully delivered order.
• VIP Cosmetic Clinic / Barbaro™️ Elixir reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with proof of shipment, carrier confirmation, and signature or photo verification.
• Fraudulent chargeback attempts will be treated as intent to defraud under applicable U.S. and international e-commerce laws, including the Fair Credit Billing Act (15 U.S.C. §1666) and the Federal Trade Commission Act.
• Shopify Payments / Shop Pay may independently investigate chargebacks; you agree that any decision made by the payment processor will be final.
7.3 Anti-Fraud Notice
We actively cooperate with carriers, payment networks, and law-enforcement authorities in cases of suspected fraud. IP addresses and transaction data may be used to verify the legitimacy of orders.

By providing your email address, phone number, or WhatsApp contact, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your order and future communications about Barbaro™️ Elixir Spray and related products or services from VIP Cosmetic Clinic.
This consent complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act (2003), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 1991), and equivalent international opt-in laws.
